Greg here. Several of the items you mentioned on your list are specifics that ive learned in therapy help to alleviate anxiety. Proper neutron, exercise and sleep are paramount for maximizing your energy and potential. Possibly more important than your list is your awareness of what makes you happy.

Yeah first step is always being aware of what makes you happy, and also being aware of things that do not! Do more things on the list that make you feel better :)
