Melody master. That is literally what you are! This has opened my eyes up to just how little I paid attention to the rhythm of my melodies. I understood well enough the chords to use in certain situations but never quite understood how to approach moving from Ford progression to melody. Thanks again Niko! @@nikokotoulas I have a few things Actually. One being, how do you tell what key a song or sample is in by ear? (I know the key is included most of the time with samples but not always) And two, when you start a new song what do you start with? And what is your process with making a melody, chords & bass? (Those are just somethings I've had trouble with in the past) I also wanted to say thank you for making videos that explain music theory in a way that is simple to grasp, I'm still learning to play the piano so to have the videos of you breaking it down in Logic really helps.
