i think something that would be cool to do would be vlads manor! maybe he’s from the 1600s but had a wife who died in childbirth and hasn’t gotten over her. it would be a cool idea with the hanging tarp curtains from werewolves to use that to cover a painting of her, like he can’t stand to look at what her lost anymore!

You said writer, beach, dog and games and that's all I needed to hear 😂 I understand how busy life has been for you with two kiddos and while I think it's great that you take time away for them (babies first!) can I also say just how much I've missed your content? You have absolutely outdone yourself, this build was so amazingly beautiful! When you went to the screenshots, it felt like returning to a favourite uncle's house after not seeing them for a while, and walking around a nostalgic and happy place. So many of the small architectural details you created were perfect touches, too.

I love the idea of this sims story!! I can just imagine they are quite a loner and unlucky in love which is why their companion is a dog, maybe they write romance novels based in small costal towns.. i really like the colours for this build too, feels very warm and welcoming after a chilly autumnal walk along the beach! Im going to download this lot ASAP ❤

When you said a sim who's still looking for the right partner, it just hasn't happened yet, my mind immediately went to the Romantically Reserved trait we're supposed to get with the new pack!!

It’s a mix between a Dutch colonial revival and a cape cod. Very classic. Love the color scheme!

I’ve been rewatching old episodes of Fixer Upper. I would love to see your take on building a rustic, Texas ranch-style house! You do such a wonderful job with landscaping. I could just imagine the house looking like it’s just nestled into an older, established neighborhood. ❤

I absolutely love this build! I love the design, the colors, the way you decorated I love it all. It's so refreshing to see somebody use the color red. Unsubscribe to a lot of Sims 4 content creators and I see a lot of white, gray , brown and black interior design colors which in my opinion I find unimaginative and dull.

So a household ideia: a women's family, a grandma, a mom and two daughters, a teen and a child. They are all very smart, the grandma was a scientist, the mom is a college professor and the teen daughter wants to be a writer, but the child one, who's good at school and all, hides her desire to be a soccer player because she doesn't think her family would approve it.

This is amazing! Wasn't expecting to see you use my suggestion. The house is a bit big for just a single sim and their dog, overall I love it. As for the wine rack I have an easy solution in my game. Liquor Store using the Retail System to buy nectar drinks to collect and drink.

I also found a channel (Merleenka) that’s doing a horse ranch in every world and makes sure it’s inspired by the architecture and style of that world. It’d be fun to see your take on that.

I have a problem that I always build way too big houses because the space never seems big enough til I start furnishing and then I look at it and I’m like 😅. So I get you. In my opinion this house isn’t huge. It would be a great size for a family house with small bedrooms but I personally like bigger rooms so it is perfect for me.

You should build an apartment for a sim who is just up coming in their singing career, they sing about life as a pop singer. They live in a cozy small quiet apartment. They have two cats and is an introvert.

How are you getting everything to place on the shelves without the "red shelf"? Is that a mod you are using for easy shelf/table/dresser/chest placement of clutter?
