Two tips for your water situation: 1. add flavor to your water, like lemon or even those squirt flavor things. And 2. buy a filtered pitcher. You just fill it up with water from the sink and it filters out the extra impurites, making it clean to drink. You'd save so much money rather than buying water bottles.

Way to go on completing a successfully accidental 10k! This is book four, right? It makes sense that you're flying through this one because not only are you more familiar with this new world you've creative, but you're also more familiar with the characters as well. Congrats on such amazing progress!

I’d say it’s totally fine to change it! That’s one of the great things about self publishing. Maybe just make a post about it though so people can change it in their paperbacks is they want to? That could even be a fun reel, if you like pull the book off a shelf, cross out the name and write someone else’s there. 😂

Sarah, try Smart Water. It tastes so much different than regular bottled water. Regular tastes like salt to me, but Smart Water doesn’t. I never drank water before because of that, but now it’s a daily thing (after coffee, of course).

10k?? Wow! That’s awesome! If you had some cheese you could’ve done a cheesy broccoli potato soup or something haha Also, my husband and I used to buy water bottles and it gets so expensive! We ended up buying a brita water dispenser to keep in our fridge. We just have to replace the filter every once in a while :)

i have a small obsession with water to be honest lol. but it has to be ice cold or like fresh winter water; there is no other option 🤣 i think if the continuity is that small that it won't really be noticed, you could change who the blank is. that way it's easier on you and the problem gets addressed. those place mats are an ADORABLE pink color!!

Hi Sarra. Water is important. I put mine in a thermal glass with a straw so it stays cold. I have 4 of those tumblers. I set them in the fridge the night before so they're ready to go. I start my day with lemon water and a muffin, then coffee and a keto protein cookie. I start on my water after breakfast. two have to be gone by lunch. I have 3rd with lunch or I can't have coffee for word sprints. I follow up with a 4th before bed. Try a flavored water additive. Yes, girl in the poster resembles you. What's in the bottle that you added to your creamer. WTG on hitting the word count. You're awesome. Keep writing!

In one of the author groups I'm in, there was one successful indie author who talked about how they pantsed all their work, series as well, and though it usually worked out sometimes they might have to change a few things in previous books to make the new book work. They said they never had any issues with it, so I say it's fine to change those three words in the previous book, maybe when releasing this book add a little note to your fans in newsletters/pateron updates to let them know of the change to the previous book, but honestly like you said, people probably won't even notice it.

Try Spring Water. It has a closer taste to nothing so, it's easier for me to drink! LOL And I LOVE Doom At Your Service! I haven't finished it yet, but its sooo good! And YES to the 10K! I plan on doing one of those soon, as when I get in a groove, I can do it. It just those grooves are so few and far between 😂

In Norway we have this thing called "saft", which is a bottle of ... Uh... Liquid what have you that you mix with water to get different tastes. I'm a soon to be 32 year old lady, and I could not drink water without if because water is horrendous on it's own. Didn't find saft when I was in the states, but you guys have everything, so I'm sure you can find some sort of water flavouring if you look. Highly recommend 🥰

I love water, what you talking abouttt. But I have heard that some people don't drink a lot. I do enjoy how refreshing it is. Regarding the continuity error, maybe there was a lie? Idk, I haven't read it yet, so whatever you think would be less confusing. Can you do your writing process regarding what programs you use and how you keep that many books organized on your computer?

You could try adding flavor to your water (if you haven't already), or drinking it really cold. Growing up we had REALLY good water and sometimes when I go to other people's houses I'm afraid to try their water. Not all water tastes good. You could also try Polar Springs for bottled water. You might like it better. Honestly, I say just make the change to book two or if you can put a different name there. I don't think it's a big deal as long as all of the copies ebook and paperback going forward reflect the change.

Have you tried adding flavor to your water? Like adding fresh / frozen fruit like berries or citrus? Or drinking tea like Peppermint, Matcha or Chai. There are many options!

I think it’s not such a big deal, however I. An think a fee ways you can change it. You can mention in passing that there is another girl with the same name in the same year? That happens quite often unless a name is very unusual. You could also change the name of the mc in book 4, we haven’t heard anything about her, her name or anything like that is a mystery to us. So, at this point if that changed no one would know. I know that’s hard because you probably love that name, but that way it’s just a name change and it won’t disrupt whatever all the people who read book 2 already read.

Book 4’s MC is actually mentioned in all of the books so far, and I’ve been dropping little hints as I go😂😅 so I can’t change her name. It’s really the boy’s name that makes it a continuity error, but I think I can find a way to make it work!!

I totally get it about the water. It might sound weird, but to me some water has a very bad metallic taste to it, almost like licking a penny (don't ask how I know that lol). I prefer flavored water to plain. You taking your shirt off under the sweatshirt reminded me of when I was a teen taking off my "undergarment" under my shirt after school. I got to be a pro at that lol. And I know I might be the odd one out, but having a difference between book two and book 4 of the series would really bug me. I'm big on details. But only if it affects the story as a whole. Like, would it make someone reading it say "wait, wasn't she/he supposed to be (name of place) when this happened?" Ultimately you as the author have to make the decision that you think is best for both you and your series. You can do it!
