"Event"ual Consistency. Well basically you send an event and hope for a reply.

That was my confusing part too.. so this term is different from eventual consistency in disturbed world, right?

​@@NK-ju6ns All it means is two entities won't be in consistent state immediately, but will eventually converge to that consistent state. In a database context, those two entities might be master & follower, state there being the data. In Kubernetes, it's desired state and current state of replica count or CPU requests etc.
