Awesome! Doing exactly this job right now, and didn't expect to pick up tips like adding coordinated sections/bar numbers AND resizing Transcribe! to the bottom of your screen! Thanks for making this for all us rhythm section folks.

You have always been my idea of an articulation MASTER; one of the reasons your big band/horn arrangements have always been KILLER! Nice video.

I watched the whole thing and I'm not even a horn player! I'm just a lowly drummer. I love your sense of humor Kevin. Remember "Rock and Roll Breakfast Food"

Well, blessed are you, drummer--for blessed are the lowly! And for any who are interested, this is John's favorite of my videos (based on "Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo"): kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5OzaJurq918js0

10:21 I was taught to call these articulations (>>) "Rinforzando" accents; These ( - - -) are called tenuto markings (long); This Accent " ^" is called a piccato (short/harsh)

What an amazing and concise overview, and you are obviously well versed in your software Kevin, thank you. As someone trying to become familiar with typical orchestral brass and woodwind would I typically find these articulations in classical works and/or basic notation software? I am quite unfamiliar with them and am still quite a beginner.
