Writing is DEAD. Bring it back in 2025

I agree so much. I really like writing, having messy notebook pages. I want to be able to touch and see the things I write without looking at a screen. I really wish more people felt like it cause at this point I can't sit down and make even a vision board with my friends cause they say canva exists. Technology is amazing to make your life easier but it never gives the joy of touching your creations. Thanks for mentioning it.

I like to use creative writing as a means to make sense of the world. I find unique traits from people I know in real life and unique conflicts that happen in real life, then include these aspects into my stories, but only if they fit well into the plot of what I'm working on. I found that it strengthens my stories and makes them more specific, but also elevates the thematic and emotional core. And even though I only write realistic fiction, I'm sure this also applies to fantasy and other genres.
