The whole style, setting and theme behind these adventures remind me of The Binding of Isaac and Hollow Knight, which are two games I really really love, so this is really awesome! Thanks a lot for sharing it with us and making it for us to enjoy! :) Also, I have been watching many of your videos over the last couple days, especially your videos about how to draw and make maps, and i really really enjoy and appreciate them! DnD/TTRPG for me is a kinda difficult and at the same time very very beautiful and wonderful topic. I am autistic, so socializing and having friends and things like that is very difficult and stressful for me sometimes, which means that I only ever was able to play one single session of DnD in my life so far, but I nonetheless really enjoy this whole universe around it! I really love diving in to the rules, the classes, the worlds, the adventures, the ideas, concepts, the magic, all of it. It is something super super fascinating for me and I have these cycles of DnD obsession sometimes, where I just can't help but devour everything I can learn about it. Especially also the aspect of world-building and map making is extra fascinating for me, I had this fascination with maps basically since I was a kid, which is obviously why I have been digging deep into your map making videos lately, and I absolutely love them! As i mentioned, I have almost no experience playing DnD at all, so these videos and so on are at the moment basically my only way to interact with DnD. That is why I am incredibly thankful that there are people like you out there who make these videos, share their passion, help us learn, inspire us, and so on! Thank you so so much for all of this, i really really appreciate it ❤ And even the topic of drawing in general is something that I personally have never been really satisfied with, I often felt like I am not "good enough" at it and thus quickly gave up whenever I tried to learn it, but I feel like this time I have learned to approach this with a better attitude and I am really enjoying making my not-quite-but-almost first steps into drawing and map making over the last couple days, and your videos have really really helped me with that and already taught me a lot, showed me many little wonderful details and made me discover many important and fun and beautiful aspects about it! Again, thank you so so much for all of this! I know this comment is a little long, but this is meant to be a heartfelt letter of love and appreciation for you and your videos! Thank you ❤

Hey JP! Where do you find inspiration for your zines? It will be cool if you tell about this!

Mentioned it a little bit in this video! Some ideas came from Never Ending Story and Mario. I steal ideas from everywhere!

Quick couple of questions! Are these system agnostic? Which system do you use with or maybe which one do you recommend?

Yes! They have no mechanics except for some random tables. You can use whatever fantasy game that’s good for exploring, fighting stuff, or going on fun adventures! I’ve playtested with 5e, Knave, and 5 Torches Deep.

JP, loving the patreon stuff so far...any chance we'll see something slightly darker/more serious/more spooky soon?

Thanks! Darker stuff is not likely... but it's in there a little bit. Not too much of a stretch to make an adventure thru a giant worm or an infected fungus city REALLY gross and dark.

These are all printed on letter size, 8.5 x 11 that are folded in half. So each page is 5.5 x 8.5 inches.
