This is a really good analysis of this nodal axis. However I think when astrologers talk about the pisces south node the language can be pretty judgmental. South node/ketu indicates what we became based on our circumstances. Meaning that for pisces south node, their circumstances required them to self sacrificing, escapists. Maybe they lived during war, or were monks/nuns, were victims of sex trafficking, were victims of domestic violence or other kinds of exploitation. Pisces south nodes often have a lot of anxiety particularly if there is conjunction to saturn. I dont think it's 'laziness' so much as an unexplainable fear of moving forward in life that comes from having been thwarted/berated/abused for trying anything at all. Pisces south nodes often faced persecution for trying to advance themselves which is why they developed the belief that they need to sacrifice themselves and be passive. I'm not saying that the virgo qualities of perseverance and practicality dont need to be developed, but I think it needs to be done with love and compassion for oneself. Pisces south nodes need a lot of love. I believe the virgo north node is to help them to love themselves. Intuitive eating, breathing deeply , gentle exercise, and planning ahead to reduce anxiety are all forms of self love. Pisces south nodes shouldn't feel guilty for not having these things down yet. It's a journey, like you said. Much love. I just wanted to say this because many pisces south nodes I know really beat themselves for "not having their shit together", if you know what I mean.

My Pisces south node had me floating around, so disembodied and careless that I had an accident which made me paralyzed and have been unable to walk for 15 years now using a wheelchair. Even after that, I continued my dreamy unattached Pisces ways, let others take and take my energy, until I seriously almost died from losing every bit of myself last year. I have literally been forced to slow down, pay attention to my body, adhere to a daily ritual for my wellness, make lists of my priorities, plan what needs to be done, begin to discern with eagle eyes who I let into my life, stop giving to others so much and pull it all back for myself. It’s a life or death thing for me, Ive been so focused this past year to embrace my Virgo north node, I wish I knew before. When you have no other option, you will see how easy it becomes. I think that something that isn’t really mentioned elsewhere is some of the even darker tendencies of Pisces/ pisces south nodes. I’ve noticed that people with these south nodes struggle with maintaining a sense of self, seeing things realistically (very neptunian struggles), maybe even being manipulative/ shifty (to me that’s a mutable quality). No one really talks about the more negative qualities of Pisces outside of the victim/ escapist addict stuff

I met my twin flame as a young teenager and ever since I've had to QUIT obsessive thinking and I'm trying to not have a ego.......only to be thrown into going back to work and being in situations where I have to have a personality. I spent from my childhood to 30s being the person everyone came too. I was the advisor, the fixer the i would always be there. And it burnt me out, with both home lifr and work. And i blame my now health problems on my burn out. But what clicked for me was whenever i felt ovet emotional or depressed where i was just feeling too much, i would always call my dad who always had a nack of grounding me and getting me out my head. Just bizarre, I have this placement and have began realising how afraid I was to leave my s node tendencies behind - I tried to make a career in the arts that failed miserably (as I was giving in to a lot of alcohol temptations at the time) and ended myself with some serious life regrets. I've been trying to dig and dig and dig myself out of the situations I've put myself in over the past five years and it wasn't until I started trying to look after my body and my health and giving up escapist temptations that I began to see what I wanted with my life clearer. (Which isn't in the arts, but in the social sciences) I'm on a path now towards getting what I want but I feel like I have to sacrifice a lot of my natural wants to get it, entering very scary territory, but if I want it that bad, it'll be worth it. Anyone else with this placement also have debilitating health anxiety? Hospitals, doctors, being sick and just general feelings of unwellness in my body seriously terrify me. Just interesting since Virgo rules everyday health and the physical.

Hello! Sun in 12th house North Node in Virgo Uranus/Neptune in 6th house And Jupiter in Pisces For me, I have always had OCD and I make a lists of everything! Literally everything. To do list, plans of action, list of possessions, list of goals. This is me! But I am always late for things and I have bouts of laziness. Whereas my Uranus in 6th house gives me an unusual work ethic and Neptune gives me chronic health problems. My Sun being in 12th house made me forget that I had a body. I literally felt more like a spirit than a person lol. I learned to take care of myself and push myself to be more productive. Having a Jupiter in Pisces makes me susceptible to addiction and over extending myself. I am super sensitive to other ppls emotions. As far as careers- I am super creative but I also want to do something practical in life too.

I have a Virgo North Node, but I don't know how much this resonates with me because since I was young I used to plan things ahead, I would never be late and I'm absolutely not a lazy person (this is confirmed by the fact that many people tell me to just sit back and take a rest.). Perhaps you learned more in a past life about what was needed to develop your north node and not be swallowed whole by your south node, that you came into this new life ready to embrace that aspect of your life. The only thing to be aware of going forward would be balance. Embrace the hard working ethics and practicality of Virgo, but don’t become a workaholic or so practical that you abandon your spiritual side, or being present in your body and actually feeling oneness with the universe. Highly compassionate, and empathetic. I try my best to heal/help others who are in need--definitely need to be aware of energy vampires. I am highly spiritual, but not very passive. Thank you for this analysis. It was very informative. My NN conjunct Saturn in Virgo, 9th house. Saturn is also my house ruler. I’m prob the opposite of lazy in my day to day although I’m a Pisces sun and mercury. I love to plan and organize although the universe laughs a lot when I plan. I’m a librarian and need order, structure etc. I usually have a daily to do list and love it. For me, thanks to Saturn, long distance travel plans never seem to come to fruition. Also I can be a bit rigid in how I express my philosophies to some people. However deep down I believe everything is connected. I’m often looking for a bigger theme to life (usually through metaphysics). My goal is to read more profound spiritual literature of different faiths and push myself to travel. I have this constant battle between the two... I studied psychology, so when i analyze things in my head i tend to have the practical vs the emotional.. constant at play.. in order to find a reduction that feels satisfied to me... mmm sometimes can take quite while.. the practical usually wins over the emotional, however, i have to go through the emotional pathway to get to the practical, otherwise there is no justification for my final reduction. In other words i feel that i have to move through piscies in order to get to the end result of virgo. However, if i take any short cuts, i dont get a satisfied, deep and meaningful end result... haha .. hope it makes sense to you in a way.. This might also be affected by some other elements such as the opposite sun and moon in my chart as well, not sure... Enjoyed your vid, think you've done it justice. In my opinion or my life though, i find its very important to move through piscies and embrace those emotions then focus on the physical. Thats the importance of the south node, I think ... I thought my anxiety was causing me to plan things to a T. My stress levels were high so I needed me to write every detail to not forget. I almost thought I had memory loss after a traumatic icideint so I did plan, list, write down, take notes, and look back at all my notes before doing anything. Also, I thought my perfectionism was a bad thing!!!!!!!! I have made artwork and ripped it apart as it wasn't perfect. I knew I could make it better, though it was enough for anyone else. Should I aim for perfectionism? It sounds useful for education to get an A, versus being okay with a B. I indeed feel my best when I take my time doing something "perfectly".

The balance of the physical and metaphysical show up again and again in my life. North Node Virgo and South in Pisces, then Pisces ascendant but Taurus Sun. Actually, I believe the Universe has given me a lot of help in learning to ground myself. All of my inner planets are Earth signs, as well as Sun and Moon, and Naptune--ruler of my ascendant--is in Capricorn. In this sense I believe that the Universe wants me to learn to strike a balance, with emphasis on the human experience.

I'm virgo north node and I have never had an interest in "service jobs" as most of these videos explain. If you look further you'll it's much more deep than you think. Business, writing,acting, fashion design ect. Can all be service jobs if looked at the right way.

Very interesting. True node Virgo, South node pisces, Sun and rising Gemini with a sag moon and my mama is a virgo sun! I know what I need to do. I'm very analytical love research! Always have like 5 projects going at once. Some I finish some just forever sit on the list till forgotten. I write lists daily so I can check them off to feel some sort of accomplishment. Mind is always at mach 3 at least with a million questions to find answers for and a list that seems to always get larger 🤔 Practical routine is def what will get my business afloat but ack a schedule to follow and routine ack 🤦‍♀️ When I was working one job was too boring so I'd always have at least 2 up to 4 at a time 80/work week. Now disabled. Uggg
