i went ahead and got me a brand new really nice truck all licensed and certified,,, finding a place to place it is not as easy,, considering i have my own restaurant and i wanted to place it in the front of the restaurant.. and to run it is really hard theres hardly any good honest workers, we prepare fir all at the end they could steal from the box.

this is really up to you. I run my food business with my wife and to be honest some months expenses are tight so I pay myself less than I did the month before so there is not "set" method you will learn what works for you ass you go!

Hey man thank you for all the free knowledge. I'm 28 and hate making other people money, while I'm paycheck to paycheck. I want to start a food truck but I can't afford it yet. My plan is to cook in home and take it somewhere to sell. I'm Russian but moved in with my Hispanic friend in middle school. Meaning my palate has high standards! I want to buy a truck from allibaba. (It's a scam free one for sure) how do I know if it truly meets the standards in USA (PNW). When I get all my ducks in a row is there a way we can have a Skype call and I can get your opinions and advice? I just got a good phone to start getting good photo's and video's. You can't cook at home. Need to cook in a commercial kitchen.

You can only make certain things from home in some states. Or you can get your home kitchen certified, which is a daunting task! Try to find a commercial kitchen for rent, or a shared certified kitchen. I have found that there's only one in our area, and I'd be lucky to get in there once a month! A food truck is a perfect solution to that! Good luck to you!
