I ran a taco truck in dover Foxcroft Maine out of a old converted tent trailer. Had one person outside handeling the money during events and made bank! One thing a lot of people dont think about is, does it have a toilet. Seriously nothing worse than shutting down to drop a deposit...

So thankful I stumbled on your channel! I have a concept we are trying to bring to life (over the top, loaded milkshakes in the summer and hot chocolates in the winter) but I am struggling to find content to learn from that fits our unique needs. We won't be actually cooking anything in our food trailer but simply mixing and assembling. Because of this, I am really confused about where we fall in line with cottage laws and regulations.

food trailers dont actually fall under cottage food laws you have to make and run the business directly from home.
