Mam I think you should go through the utilitarian theory again and read it carefully so that you can answer this question rightly . Utilitarians do not care for deprived sections it talks about greatest good for the greater number which may result in neglecting smaller,deprived sections of the people. The question is talking about special provision for deprived sections so we have reservations because we have to take into consideration the social economic differences which exists in society .
