Even if they put people that know about sports in charge the corrupt system will never allow them work perfectly.

I am a witness to Fatima yusuf progress in sport. I lived at a police barrack directly opposite AUD comprehensive secondary school, Owo. I was in primary sch when fatima yusuf was at AUD and lived in igbira camp behind the barrack. I can still remember fatima in her blue school uniform.

This is very true. and this is one of the foundational problem of the Nigerian system. Imagine politicians are now holding sports leadership position. Look at the just concluded AFCON, Ivory Coast were able to make a quick and correct change bcox those in their leadership position know about football, and see the result at the end of the competition. Imagine how difficult NFF has been trying to appoint a coach for Nigeria Super Eagles. It is as a result of the fact that those in charge don't know anything about football. I won't be surprise if we don't qualify for the World Cup agian

If you know, you know. Chioma said it all - you can't give what you dont have. Ask Odegbami, Mathematical Odegbami, his experience in his supreme effort to get to break the mold in the then NFA. Compare that with Platinini being handed the equivalent position in France. Since then, compare developments in French football and that in Nigeria; like day and night. Now, replicate that in all of Nigeria's so-called institutions. For self-respecting nations, one failure is too much. Will the lesson of Paris Olympics change anything in Nigerian sports administration? Answer: What occurrence has ever changed anything to the positive in Nigeria(?). In assessing Tinubu and his performance so far, I recently overheard someone say, "Buhari's time was better o." Rotten, rottener, ..... Go figure.
