44:05 I would honestly like this mod to come back, it would make building builds even more interesting and maybe a little compromise and variety Maybe some brand set related to it or new weapon mods... and new weapons in general, we have enough gearsets and brandsets, new weapon mods with new stats would be nice fresh addition

Haven’t watched yet, but I’m hope measured is on here as the text randomly changed in 13.2. Quite a long time ago but, the talent effect never did idk if it was meant to be clarification or what but it’s entirely wrong. The negative percentage is not acting on total weapon damage as it implies. It is based on (base weapon damage) as in the weapon before anything acts on it from outside (like even your build). So the rpm gain far outweighs any loss of damage and vice versa for the bottom half it actually is total weapon damage. This talent depending on the base rpm is only positive on dps and doesn’t actually have a down side at all. Which is actually pretty broken. (Any thing over 764 rpm) yes there are still better options but it’s no where near as bad as it’s made out to be. It’s interesting.

it states WD as its minus one the first half, and it states TWD for its scond half. and that is also how we have treated it since i can remember. atleast nowadays, can not recall if they changed it at some point, but my recollection of the talent atleast since season 5 is that is it what it is now. so even if the text changed it was not randomly. also in its old numbers before this season it was barely a worthwhile talent, so saying it had no downsides when it did not really perform well is a stretch, because it was not that it was not an increase, it was that it was nowhere near other talents increases. now with its buffed numbers it is one of the better talents, and one of the general picks. - edit - went and checked, and measured has been worded this way atleast since gear 2.0, and we have always dealt with it as WD on the first half
