This is why I "HATE" the Death Penalty. If District Attorneys and Prosecutors started to get held "Legally Accountable" for "Prosocutorial Misconduct" the USA would see right quick less of the above..

Most of the well publishized wrongful conviction you hear or read about are major felonies. However, the majority of wrongful conviction are misdemeanors which can have a dramatic effect on a person's life. Although, the jail time is considerably less. The devastation to one's emotional and financial stability can be life long.
