I looked into it and both actors say they don't want to do a third movie because of a fall out with the studio. Sean said something about unethical behavior at the company or something and it would take something big to get him back for a third movie. They also said that the first two movies were made for fun and they enjoyed it but they'd feel like the third movie was made just for the fans and their hearts wouldn't be in it. I don't think it's going to happen, guys :(
