hi Jimmy thanks for the wonderful videos, i've already joined the WSET 3 course with you, the price is such a bargain for so many great contents, i hv a question here regarding in this video the "exception of Wachau” region I don't quite get what's the exception here? is it both cold as an area and cold during night and still could produce wine? or the diurnal range not so obvious but still produces good wine? Thank you!

Hello Jimmy, many thanks again for all these videos. Can you clarify the following point? are Methoxypyrazines precursors (but Rotondone are not)? A bit confused with the info on this video and the one on "Methoxypyrazines". Thank you

Hi Yannick - this is an old mistake that has fallen through the cracks, we'll look to fix it - methoxypyrazines are aroma COMPOUNDS not precursors - best to watch the full video on methoxypyrazines
