Nothing to say about congrats for you seminar!!!, but it should have been a good opportunity to pinpoint where in Spain you can find a really enjoyable sparkling Cavas, Extremadura and Valencia, For example, as well a good opportunity to say that fortified wines in Montilla-Moriles with a really high value for money, Regards

Spain the best wines in the world in quality- price relation and the second best un quality- perhaps only surpassed by the french ; for its culture and ancient tradition and its characteristics of the land there something for all pockets

Nice overview. But as a wine educator you really need to spend some time watching some videos of Spanish wine in Castellano to get the pronunciations for the place names! Among others, not sure why you Brits pronounce Rrrrri OH Ha as Rioka. Imagine me pronouncing the river in London as the THhames....
