Mirella this was a great overview of glassware for Beer. This will be very helpful as I study for WSET Beer L2.

You've to pronounce the R, otherwise it sounds like COVINA.

Sometimes is not just the passion, I work for majestic for more than 2 years as a store assistant/driver, done the WSET L2 and asked for the WSETL3 and. Majestic area manager said to me … majestic priority is for store manager and assistant managers… and I got stuck with my L2…have to paid on my own for Edinburgh whisky academy because Majestic do not deserve the effort even when we do all our 100% …I left a very nice NHS job for a promised job for Majestic and at the end… I discovered that my contract was 9 hour per week only…30 + hours but not contracted… I’m so regret and disappointed

This isn't how you say it. The emphasis is on the last two syllables (nega). Plus, they didn't even attempt an Italian accent. 🤌

I live in Switzerland, we do a lot of wine, and we have a village called Champagne that does wine, it had "Champagne" on the labels, now it got forbidden for them as far as I know.

you mean a physicist, not a physician (I know in french it's physicien, that's why french people get confused).

I don't get the argument that non alc product should be equally as expensive as alcohol product. In jurisdictions like ours (Canada) tax rates are egregious and account for a good chunk of the cost of products. non alc products are not included in this tax grab so should be cheaper.

Thank you for sharing this video! Just a correction: TCA is not a microorganism and therefore cannot infect anything. TCA is a chemical compound PRODUCED by contaminating bacteria/fungi (e.g., Botrytis, Aspergillus).

For champagne- Large format Oak barrel aging a reserve of wine is often blended in for the house style of some oxidative brands. See Krug, Bollinger, Billecart, Devaux, Selosse
