This historic sparkling wine region in northern France is widely adored around the globe, and its wines hold deep associations with celebrations and gourmet cuisine. As one of three finalists for the UK Champagne Ambassador Competition in 2018, and as a lover of fine bubbles, Lauren Denyer DipWSET has a particular fascination with this region.
