Failed? Yea, but not entirely on that front. There’s a series of problems in this country that people won’t address because they’re offended. Should teachers be paid more? Yes. Is this the root of the problem? No. People spend their money in all sorts of ways that are stupid. There’s currently a meme bitcoin valued at a billion, that’s America for you. We find ourselves in a depressing decade, and many look to past as so,e safe haven, as if the present wasn’t shaped by it, this was all years in the making, our view on things in society, how we see each other, etc.

@AA-iy4gm2 күн бұрын
Laughable comments, making it out to be as if that teacher had no choice, might as well stop since you aren't fooling anyone. There are millions of teachers that did not resort to this easy way of making dirty money. Let's call it what it is, this teacher featured here chose an outlet that pays quite a bit for not much effort. On a side note, teachers do deserve better pay, without a doubt, but that's not what this here is about. Also, because there was a shortage of teachers recently they started accepting anyone and everyone almost, that's probably how this teacher even got a chance to teach in the first place...but it didn't take long for them to quit and turn to this depravity for more and more money. There are plenty of honest, decent jobs to go around, let's not pretend. In the height of job vacancies a few years ago, this idiotic outlet started booming with business, so it's not about the lack of ways to make money for a person's needs.

How about your soul? That's even more valuable than your dignity, money, or any of your earthly possessions. And to the commenter above, selling your soul to "pay the mortgage" is the biggest mistake you'll ever make in your life. There are eternal consequences to living a sinful and unrepentant lifestyle. Matthew 7:13-14: "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

Both OF and Patreon basically do nothing to prevent people stealing and using creators copyrighted material from their platforms. When the users of that stolen material make more money than the creators, I think creators will say to themselves that its not worth being a creator.

Ya'll complain about this all day, but are completely ignorant how corporations literally own all of society through collusion and political bargaining. Read up on financiallization and it's role in consolidating wealth and ensuring literally every sector is turned into an asset to leverage debt to make a few at the top richer. Ya'll only focus on "moral failings" because you are not deep enough or critical enough thinkers to understand how deep the corporate corruption in our society really goes. And I'm not talking about conspiracy theories. I'm talking about corporate consolidation, political financing, and financiallization, all things that are real and you can read about. All things that are affecting the moral fabric of our society more than women being naked bc they can't hardly survivor through hard work anymore.

The comment section is for opinions...like yours. But here's a few facts: 1. Teaching is objectively better for society. 2. Most OF creators do not rake in big bucks. 3. Online prostitution does not help teachers get paid more.

Why all the hate in comments? I've never used OF, but that doesn't mean that people who do are bad, and the company isn't doing anything bad (from what I can tell) - It's grown adults deciding what is worth to make or spend money on. If you don't like it, don't join or watch. Honestly not sure why you would pay, but that's people's choice

It's called morals, which few people seem to possess these days. You may not think they're doing anything bad, but the people engaged in OF are living in sin. The buyer and the sellers on OF need to repent for their sinful lifestyle and get right with God immediately. We are living in the End Times.

not asking for a document to proof the age is pretty bad. I had nothing against OF until now because I was sure that they do
@AA-iy4gm2 күн бұрын
People that advocate for this depraved behavior and similar usually have an aversion to morals and faith. They often claim that they can have morals and a functioning society even without God and God's word that advocates for a moral and just society. They take issue with the whole notion of faith and morality because of a few men in history who misused God's word for their gain. But a few bad examples don't make God's word unnecessary. After decades now of bashing faith and advocating for immoral social practices, do we have a happy, healthy, productive, stable majority? No we don't.
