YANNI!! My Mom was near 70 when she first saw you on ETV Live At The Acropolis. The look on her face when I placed 2 tickets in her hands for July 1995 concert in Charleston, SC and again 1998. Your majestic music made her feel so Alive when she was dying. Forever grateful and yes, the three words, I APPRECECIATE YOU....

I still love the synthesized sound of his early albums-- my favorite albums are still 'Keys to Imagination' and 'Out of Silence.' The cover art on 'Keys to Imagination' is what drew me to buying my first Yanni CD before I even knew who he was. My introduction to Yanni was to his music of that very first CD before I even came to know the person Yanni. My first concert was in 1993-- Gammage auditorium in Tempe, AZ. It was awesome! This is an awesome and wonderfully insightful interview! Great job, WSJ!
