It's ash. It's not that much of a problem. It can be used as mixing compound for cement etc.

And as plant fertilizer . . . very good for that infact.

@@nidhimoda605But those are plastic's ashes. The ones used as fertilizer are organic ashes, like leaf's ashes or wood's

I think left over ash is a much lesser problem then the smoke and trash they have! Ash can be used for building materials, for example, used as a mixing compound. This idea needs to be supported by the Government! What is the Government doing these days besides erecting mobile phone towers?

They want their friends to build those incinerators so they charge to take our trash and charge to supply us with energy. I'd like to have an incinerator like that too!

With the huge volume of discarded/used covid -19 protective gears around the world in view of the current pandemic, this latest Japanese incinerator would be a great help in reducing waste, containing the spread of the virus and eliminating smoke pollution.

Energy can be harvested from burning trash. District heating powered by garbage is the cheapest electricity in Scotland, in Shetland.

@@wade5941 yeah true, unfortunately. But thats how it is, far from all innovations ever made go popular. Usually they stay as a concept or a prototype. But it takes one investment or a company/group to bring one idea to a fully functional product that can forever change the world. So don't look at the negative side

if you direct the smoke into water chamber then the water capture the carbon and gaining heat at the same time give rise to steam to humidified atmosphere and so use together with the sun would create rain when needed or stop rain when we want sun

See I think the attitude is there-if you can make just a dent rather than try something which is so utopian that it causes bad ramifications. I.e. govt today is only interested in using social media to its advantage. This invention while maybe small in nature still contributes something positive w/o ruining the life of consumers.

All the hydrocarbons are burned off so the leftover is just carbon mixed with impurities. Probably safe enough to mix with fertiliser.

The CO2 can also be directed to a small algae farm. Byproducts from an algae farm are oxygen, biofuels, and a third product which can either be animal feed or soil amendments.

Insufficient explanation. What happens to the CO2 is not explained in detail . I guess they are filtering off the dust and particulates not the CO2 . Yes they produce steam which is simple and easy by quenching water but CO2 ? CO2?CO2?
