Blue Williams, a business partner of late Hip-Hop superstar Chris Lighty, talks to the Wall Street Journal's Lee Hawkins about Lighty's hip-hop legacy and the day-to-day pressures of the music business. Lighty, founder of the legendary Violator Management company, managed a lengthy roster of stars including 50 cent, LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, Soulja Boy, Sean "Diddy" Combs and others. Lighty was found dead Aug. 30th as the result of apparent suicide.
