I felt mine go up my brain stem. I was down for about 6 months and often thought I wouldn’t make it. The inflammation in my brain would cause pressure in my optic nerves and letters would be missing from words. I took large amounts of CBD which seemed to relieve the inflammation and slept most of the day everyday. About two months ago I got better and haven’t had another relapse. I’ve been taking lion's mane mushroom powder every morning with my tea for about 4 months, and that has helped tremendously. I even played a game of chess on my computer and managed to stay focused the whole game.

@@jonathangraham6412 No, the cbd seemed to slow down the inflammation and stopped more damage. Then, it was just about repairing the damage. I have started taking lions mane. I took a powder form in my morning tea from Amazon, and now have found someone who grows the mushrooms and I made a tincture for myself. Also, my son had a seizure three weeks ago, so he’s taking it to see if it helps him.

Two and a half months after my first covid19 symptoms I have mild memory loss, taste and smell not back to normal yet and episodes of irregular heartbeat. My case was so mild I thought it was just some allergy bothering me. Another symptom, I wake up with a horrible burning smell in my nose three to four times a week. I call it the bully virus because it seems that it goes straight for your weak parts. Wish all who is sick a speedy and normal recovery.

Looks like others have mentioned it, but add my voice to those skeptical about the real cause of these issues when you have isolated everyone, made it so people haven't seen other people's full faces in almost a year, made hugging and close contact taboo or even illegal, closed venues for entertainment, eliminated millions of jobs, discouraged people from being outside in the Sun and fresh air, made people dependent on government handouts, ratcheted up the fear, violated their freedom of movement, freedom of association/assembly, freedom of speech, and sovereignty of their bodies, circumvented Constitutional law by enlisting businesses to enforce unconstitutional mandates, destroyed countless small businesses, all while exacerbating wealth inequality and the crime of public debt which conscripts the unborn to pay for debts incurred by politicians who want to be re-elected. New neurons can be formed. I'm praying for new neurons. I had Covid in January. Brain inflammation. Tremors and weakness that went away fairly quickly. Memory fog that seems to be improving, but not entirely gone. I search for words and they do come after a pause. Sometimes I switch similar sounding words (like inflation for inflammation), but that too is disappearing after 5 months. My spelling of words is worse. I read outloud as an exercise. I play word games. Trying to stimulate those functions in my brain. I'm better, but not 100%. Also cut out sugar and trying to eat low inflammatory diet. I do intermittent fasting, which can promote neuron development. Best wishes to everyone struggling with this neuro stuff.

The graphic of the nasal bulb region in yellow perfectly illustrates the area of my sinuses that have felt dry and damaged ever since I suffered a significant covid infection. It has never gone back to how it felt before. It always feels dry and even though I mostly have my sense of smell back it does sometimes inhibit My olfactory experiences and taste experiences. I know that virus got in my brain through there. Watching a video like this helps me not feel so alone. Long hauler. Infection began early March 2020. Twice vaccinated once boosted. The vaccine has helped my symptoms improve. But I still have many lingering symptoms and I too wonder when, if ever, the effects of covid may go away completely.

I'm 68 and today is 5-19-22. I had CoVid two times! 11-3-20, moderately, then first time available J&J vac 3-6-21, Moderna booster 11-11-21, then CoVid or variant with different but serious symptoms (meaning for me the variant wasn't "weaker" as they say) 2-5-22. I don't know if I need more boosters and holding for now. Let me know if I should. I think memory loss some and for a while typing things, certain words like "the" as "eht" or 'and" as "dan", or the "ing" verb ending like "tossing" as "tossgni" and sometimes unexpected words backwards like "both" as "htob". I don't have to worry about the word "radar" ha! Also having to stop and think before doing some little thing where before I didn't have to like which valve nozzle to use with my bike tire pump. About 2 weeks ago around 7 days of morning headaches I didn't have before. I am not sedentary and commute by bicycle. Mainly I feel normal and pray for all a full recovery!

I have to write down my thought before I put it into action... Its that bad.. A simple thing like going to fix something to eat is a major issue if I don't write it down..I can look at an object right in front of me and look away for a sec and turn around and its not there(it is but I don't see It) SMDH and the dizzy spells are indescribable... @@PATHAN_writes19 Hello Anjum, hope your well. Thank you for asking. I'm still waiting to see the neurologist. I haven't seen much of a change but hoping once I've been taking the tumeric and training for about 6 weeks I'll see changes. Covid has been exhausting but I'm determined to get my fitness back. Hope you're having a good day. Take care. Blessings. 💙🙏💚

@Rocket Man Hello Rocket Man, thanks for asking. I hope you are well. I'm doing OK. I've got about 4-6weeks before I see the neurologist. I'm back training 6 days a week now, which makes me happy. As sport has always been part of my life. So mentally and emotionally the sport helps. I've tried different medications with no change. I'm hoping it's long covid as it's rather worrying if it's vasculitis. I'm optimistic that with good nutrition and the right care things will improve. Take care.

@@ghassenbohli4056 yes but to be fair I’ve had a panic disorder since I was young so I’m not sure if it’s my pre-existing condition or if the Covid is making me anxious

I was affected with Covid-19 Recently, I am vaccinated and it was only a mild fever and cold. Will my Brain & memory be affected? Will it affect the Brain in all cases including mild ones that get cured in just 2 days?

I see at some patients after SARS COV2 a tendency of erytrocyte aggregation like coin rolls at low blood temperature. That , theoretically increase blood viscousity.(immunoglobulins induced) To decrease blood viscousity may be N acetylcysteine are a solution, between others.?
