I don't even think removing women from combat roles is a bad idea. There are so many other roles they could perform in the military like administration, medical, maintenance, cyberwarfare, logistics.

The whole women in combat little thing was honestly always lip service to liberals, many women who have served in the military have had many important jobs and have done many great things just because. Just because they're not on the front line getting shot at doesn't mean they're any less important

I'm British. This interview provides great clarity about the systemic problems of the US military. I knew about the highly destructive woke culture, but Robert Wilkie provides more evidence and reasons why reform is paramount.

An example of physical fitness and endurance: Lt. Robert E. Lee in the Mexican War. This involved three days of continual riding and running to scout battlegrounds, Mexican infantry locations including canon placement. Lee's maps were and are recognized as detailed, readable, and without which that war may not have been won by the US Army. these maps can be found in Douglas Southall Freeman's three-volume biography. More personally, Lee made sure that wounded Mexican soldiers in the field were attended to! After over three days without sleep and little food his reconnaissance completed, Lt. Lee collapsed. Footnote: both Lee and Grant considered the Mexican War "unjust."

Good interview. And a Brit who seems to understand. Case in point. Sec Army Austin. Has not pushed away from a buffet table or a nice fat handout from a military contractor. While in charge of the Syria strategy, he paid the CIA 13 million bucks to "train" Syrian fighters against Assad. And this money trained exactly 3 soldiers, who never took the field. This bloated a-hole needs to go, and drop all his nice handouts. Worthless.
