Im running a dell windows 11 laptop. Cat works.....PTT works.....computer is deaf. I just went in and disabled those 2 services and looking forward to trying tonight. Thanks for the tips.

Same issue but the button/slider for JS8Call using the audio devices to “increase” was grayed out. I followed your steps but i don’t have those two files to disable. Using HP Pavilion laptop. So frustrating! But your video helped and i regained by mind. Still not fixed.

Please help! FT8 sounds comes out of my DELL laptop not from Radio (IC-7300) and no power at all and no signal is going out even though it’s showing that it’s transmitting!!
