Sure, he was a game reviewer, an English guy who lived in the US... Think Jim Sterling but less annoying. He did really in-depth and totally balanced reviews that were all called WTF is... [Game name]. He died a few years back of cancer but worked right up until his death or if he was too weak to play. His channel is still run by his wife but it's not the same, there's no reviews and he was the real character. It's worth going and having a look back if there is an older game you are interested in.

@@stanleyhudson2720 He was a gaming reviewer and industry commentary figure. Did podcasts and streams as well. I believe he had some history in shoutcasting Starcract tournaments as well, even has am announcer pack ingame. He was highly regarded by many with some outliers who disliked him. Some, like myself, saw and see him as a legend. His opinion on things was always super valuable to me and I seldom disagreed. Sadly, we lost him to cancer some time ago. Edit: One of his more popular video series was "WTF Is..." where he'd give a concise first impression and explanation of a game.

I would love some tutorial/tip videos. Bought the game 2 days ago and am lvl 6 now but would just like some more in depth tutorials on maybe items that you would keep and get rid of personally and ways that you manage inventory space anything of that sort would be awesome especially from you. Love the content keep it coming!

Don’t be afraid to sell things to traders or on the flea market. I would always keep a supply of medical items, magazines you use the most, and extra ammo. Things like body armor don’t really matter as much as they take up tons of space and you’ll find plenty of them. Also, the ROI on most big bulky items is usually not worth it, so consider selling or using them ASAP. As far as inventory management, consider keeping a few backpacks in your inventory for organizational purposes. I started a little over a week ago, so I’m still learning myself. Whenever I come across something unfamiliar, I google it for more info, especially if it sells for a lot on the market. Rarer items like sights are pretty damn worth keeping since they can make or break winning a fight. Just some of the things I’ve found helpful so far.

It SEEMS very skill based. Which I love skill heavy games. Where you have a hard time at first but if you tough it out and actually try to get better with time. Where it rewards you for experimenting, using tactics, being smart, and skillful playing. Rather than just being the first one to react and start shooting first. Where even shooting first doesn’t mean you’re going to win. Basically a skilled player can beat a twitch reflexes cod player lol. At least it seems like this is that kind of game. If it is I’ll be interested to know. So I can give it a try

Hi, thanks for covering Tarkov. I can not agree that it is a slow-paced game. You can play fast if you can afford it. Have a look at Anton vs. Pestily Tarkov video. (It is an older game version where visors were blurrier.) Worrun and QuattroAce play fast. Smoke plays slow. You can find your own playstyle.

Let's do some how tos for beginners. I bought it and knew it would be a rough start but I got killed by asshats that were camping the spawns 3 seconds in to my first raid. Lost a quarter of my gear at level 1 in 3 seconds. So frustrating. It was in the warehouse map. Learning the controls is key, and I had a little more luck playing my first scav raid. Definitely need to learn the maps first

Watch more different streams of experienced players. (e.g. Worrun and Smoke for opposite playstyles.) Buy the cheapest version now if you like the streams. You can upgrade later if you want at sale time. Refunds are not available from the developer because the game is not released yet (read the agreement/TOS as usual) but you could maybe get a refund through your bank and visa/mastercard depending on your country legislation.

Oh man i'm so happy to see you in Escape From Tarkov. I loved your YOLO videos but since i started playing EFT any other game lost it's meaning. Nothing else gives me that kind of kick like Tarkov.
