gohan's idea was pretty good. remember, frieza and his goons don't have a way to track the dragonballs. all they could do was use their scouters to find the villages and bully the info about the balls. only the crew have a way to track the balls.

Actually freeza has no way to find the dragon balls without the scouters. Vegeta on the other hand can sense ki which is how he found that namekian village.

Man Krillin knows he's outclassed, and yet he's still out here risking his own neck to help his friends. Knowing that if he does get killed, there's no plan B to bring him back. This IS the plan B. Ah, Super Kami Guru. Takahata must have had fun doing that voice and character. The movies were added to the playlist in chronological order. Right here, as of episode 16, I think World's Strongest is safe to do, Tree of Might is good, and I would say Lord Slug is fine to watch. Bear in mind Tree of Might is a two parter and they gave it their own seasonal spin. After the Namek saga concludes, once Goku is back, the first Cooler movie will be a good to go. As an aside, Lanipator, Takahata, and Kaiser all did a full watch of all of the Abridged movies as a marathon with their commentary, about their favorite jokes, what got cut, and in one case how Taka did the voice of one character (who had an IMPECCABLE singing voice and liked to whittle). They also did a full watch of all 60 episodes, also with commentary. Then there was their watch of Hellsing Ultimate Abridged (with another VA, the voice actor for Seras Victoria (AKA thePolice Girl (with the big titties))). If you're ever doing something simple for a few hours, they're worth listening to while working.

The episode of Bardok special is one you should check out soon (there's a joke or two that will call back to it latter on in the ark), It's the first or second special/movie TFS did and is when they first showed us what to expect with Freeza and his two right hands. Just make sure that it's the first one and not the one in better graphics (don't think you'll be spoiled by anything but it's still works better watched after the first one). There is also the (Christmas) Tree of Might which is the first of the actual movies TFS did and also works as a chiasmas special. While it's no rush to watch unlike the Bardok special, there is a small running joke in a few of the other movies that start with this one. I think World's Strongest was made some time during season 3, but the worst that you'll miss out on is a joke that calls back to Dead Zone and is one of the top movies if you ask me Speaking of Dead Zone, this is one that I would wait until after you finish season 2 along with Lord Slug due to spoilers happen at the end of season two, and something that would explain so much and is much more funny after seeing all of season 2 After that things are a bit more touch and go but we can get to that much latter

Just a heads up, neither Frieza nor Vegeta had a way to detect the Dragon Balls. That's why they never knew exactly where they were. The only ones with a radar were Bulma (she created it), Gohan, and Krillin. So Gohan's idea was genius. The villains probably would've never found all seven.
