Ginyu changing bodies is something he's done before. Only Ginyu himself knows his original species. The form he was in was not his strongest body. It's only his loyalty that kept him from stealing Frieza's body, or King Cold's or Cooler's.

One of the best things TFS did was actually keep the voices with the appropriate body, instead of switching voices when ginyu changed bodies. Why would the VOICES change???

It mainly has to do with voice actors having issues switching emotions and talking like their out of character (which they pretty much are when a body swap happens). It can be considered “cheaper” to just swap voices and continue as usual, though there are rare instances where voice actors go the mile and actually voice act swapped characters. Example: Hero 108

Teeeechnically most of them are there because of Vegeta. Come to think of it, I don't think Goku killed any of them! Piccolo killed Raditz, Vegeta killed the Ginyu Force, Trunks killed Freeza, and Gohan killed Perfect Cell.
