Those smoke pursuit breakers are actually a prety good idea imo. Easy to implement anywhere on the map, and it can also be explained lorewise (racers putting some help/traps to help themselves when they get chased).

Its definitely goes like Mobile gacha games : 1) beta on exclusive on that region (if they like or not base feedback that region) 2) milk out ip things + heavily microtrasaction 3) add-ing freakin things (same in ip or outof ip) 4) after last cbt release on one region and if that goes popular & make profit or vice versa sometimes then release after 6months or 1yr globally 5) Updates like it's added new car, map, limited time mini games, Bugfixes for make things some worse and pervious Better and cycle repeats.

If I had to guess, the Chinese are culturally quite lawful and drive safely on the roads. So, my guess is that they have to make it look as game-y and childish as possible, otherwise it wouldn't get the approval of the government for potentially promoting street racing. Im from Australia and have played a few betas for this game. It actually does have potential. I enjoyed it. But not sure about all the hot pursuit and effects that are getting added but yea it was enjoyable so ill be keen to try it again.

Considering these changes are only in the Chinese beta, i dont really think this will come to our next beta in Australia. I say this because china have laws on certain things in games/movies such as less violence, no blood or different coloured. So it could be very possible that some of these changes that we see as a bit absurd or unnecessary or just plain... odd?.. therefore some of these new updates may only be in the chinese version of the game... and theyre going to have their own name of the game too.

the tornado thing is wild LMAO. but looking at this game graphics and it being open world with free roam, makes me hopeful for the mobile games future. most people STILL THINK we're in 2009 in terms of phones, and forget that a Galaxy S22 Snapdragon(my phone as an example) basically ties against a Ryzen 5 5500U + GT 1050 laptop. the same laptop that can run cyberpunk at low settings 40+ FPS, 1080p. PHONES. HAVE. EVOLVED. give us decent games godammit.

If it's a mobile game it doesn't mean that it's bad. Look at Asphalt 9 for example. It might have a lot of pay to win aspects but it's fun as hell and feature rich (the features actually make sense and connect with each other seamlessly)

I think this game is ginna be for the asian market esclusive. A bit like Racing Master where they all said that the game wouldvve been realesed globally and blah blah blah but as of now that game is in china only, and I think it's gonna stay that way. At least we have got CarX Street, at least the devs are less griddy and the game itself much more grounded than nfs mobile's tornadoes and gta like racing.
