Chandler going 1-3 in his last four doesn’t deserve to fight Charles, Charles vs Hooker or Dustin a 2nd time makes more sense. It’ll be a banger, but if this is the 309 Co-main event, then I’m nervous by how the rest of the card will be. They can’t main event it with Jones vs Stipe and not put an insane feature fight and Co-main fight. Charles vs Chandler is a banger as both men fight like dogs, but I personally thought 309 should have AT LEAST two title fights as MSG is arguably the biggest card of the year. I can see why Oliviera would take the Chandler fight. He seems to want to go for the best money he can get and no longer focused on titles. He's not getting McGregor and the previous Chandler fight made a big splash so it would seem like he could get paid pretty good for that or at least expect to earn a bonus. Also -- I think Chandler taking this fight doesn't necessarily opt him out of the Conor fight. Who knows how long it will take Conor to get back in there? His next fight could still be vs. Chandler. When gaethje lost to Dustin and Eddie, he said he only had 5 fights left in him but he adjusted his style became more patient and went on his killing spree beating tony and fighting for belt and ended up fighting more than 5 fights. Honestly it's more likely that gaethje would somehow change his style again become more patient again and do one more run especially since he has done it before and he can do it again😂.

I know a lot of people may not care about this fight, but this one is so speacial to me Ufc 262, and especially the main event between oliveira and chandler is what made me an mma fan I absolutely love both of these guys and 100% sure this will be a fight of the year contender

" all your punches are damage" thats whag fiziev said....i think maybe Chandler certain punches that are harder, but everything from Justin is perfect. His technique is beautiful and he doesn't get the credit he deserves for his technical acumen.. I think Dustin, Charles and Chandler all have similar power and ive give the edge to Dustin. Dustin never seems to sit down on his shots and competes power wise with olivera and Chandler.. He gets awat with reserving his power because of his precision. I still think Dustin is the better fighter of all mentioned and i favor him in a rematch against any of them that's not from Dagestan

Oliveira is a genius, that's why he's fighting Chandler. Fact is, Conor is wants to come back, but it's been obvious FOR YEARS that the reason he hasn't returned is because he wants a bigger name/fight. Chandler just doesn't move the needle. And while you might THINK conor doesn't need a big B-Side to sell a fight, that's simply not true. Look at how middling (for a Conor card) Conor v Cerrone turned out. Conor needs a good opponent to sell a card. So I think Conor has been stringing Chandler along HOPING that he could wait Chandler out, and that EVENTUALLY Chandler would just say "Screw it" and move on... At which point Conor would come out of the woodwork a look for the fights he ACTUALLY wants. I also think Conor wants a fight that has legitimate title implications, which are not REALLY there with Chandler considering he's done nothing but lose to title contenders. So, why is this smart for Charlie Olives? Because if Charles beats Chandler he clears the way for a fight with Conor, which Conor would 100% take at that point, because beating Charles would GUARANTEE Conor a title shot. Plus Charles is a big name, he's a perennial contender, and the fight sells itself. And all Charles has to do is beat a guy he's already beaten, who hasn't had a fight in over 2 years and hasn't ever beaten a contender.

It does get a little overblown when people say “huge bodybuilder type” about mcgregor. I mean he’s never really small, other than when literally making weight for 145 back in the day. But I mean going from 175-185 to 195 isn’t necessarily getting massive haha. It’s a good 10 lbs tho but he’s not like 5”9 220 or something
