Been watching this show since it came out. Its a "mockumentary" about 3 guys (Ricky, Julian and Bubbles) that live in a trailer park and commit crimes to get by. The trailer park supervisor is a total drunk named Jim Lahey who is always trying to get them arrested. You would really need to watch from season 1 to get what its all about. It takes a few episodes to get into it but when you do, you will fall in love with the charcters in the show.

The way Ricky talks his way out of things with police is just hilarious and not entirely implausible. What's great about this show is that it can be over the top without being so ridiculous that it's not believable. A lot of Canadians identify with this. Not necessarily living in a trailer park, but the attitudes.

Yeah TPB is absolutely a sleeper hit with a worldwide cult following. I used to watch it when i was in highschool in Toronto in the early 2000s so that explains the video quality of the earlier seasons until it moved to Netflix in Season 8. These guys are a huge part of Canadian Pop Culture for the last 20 or so years and they've only really been widespread once the show hit Netflix. On the surface it's a chaotic mess of vulgar language, sexual humor, drug and alcohol abuse, and stereotypes of Trailer Park residents, but the more you watch it, the more you see that in the heart of the show, it's about strong Friendship bonds. It's a criminally underrated show and I'd put it up there with shows like The Office.

these guys did a pilot episode back somewhere between 1998 -2000 these characters have been known for at least 23 - 25 years , another thing to do is to google the term Rickyisms & this might help people understand the show a bit more , thanks for sharing this , Cheers from Ontario Canada ✌️

Small town Montana boy here. One of our local welders and his brother built a crossbow. A BIG crossbow. How big? The limbs were truck leaf springs and they had to be winched to full draw. Context is always missing in these "best of" videos. If you don't know the characters, you may find their behavior weird. Once you get to know the characters, you will never forget them. The first couple of times I stumbled on the show I wasn't sure if they were acting or not. A couple weeks went by, and I thought, I need to know what those idiots are going to do next. Then I was hooked.

TPB is Canadian television royalty. If you asked someone from Canada to name the top 5 shows ever done in Canada, this is going to be on most peoples lists. This video was ok, but doesnt fully capture the spirit of the show in its entirety. I'd say you probably would have to watch 2-3 episodes to really get a feel of the characters, and why some of these things are funny.

Trailer Park is a tricky one, it works best after you have watched a few episodes otherwise it really just goes over your head. Stuff in a smilar vein but easier to get into would be stuff done by Paulie Fenech. Hes an Australian and made a bunch of series such as Pizza, Swift & Shift and Housos which I would argue are better and more accessable than Trailer Park.
