How long is going to take for most Artist 🇨🇦 going in the studio and record a song, takes sometimes week or less or longer. But Morissette almost guaranteed couple hours to record a song in a recording studio… You can always tell because her voice is magical, her technique and dynamics are second to none. All 5 songs were writen by Mori and Dave lamar her husband who is a singer song writer producer and Editor plus videotogragher, he does most of the filming of Mori's Videos, the Band that Mori uses on most of Mori's Videos is 3rd Avenue with Adonis Tabanda as music Director and arranger, but Mori has other backing groups who are great too, and it depends who is free at that time, for Mori they are almost always free, The official Video to PHOENIX is superb too with Flash backs to other Videos, with Jessie J or Will Smith, then the ending is a bit different, just listen and enjoy, Dave has made official Videos for PHOENIX, LOVE YOU STILL, MIRROR, TROPHY, WILL YOU STAY is my favorit from this mini Session concert, Mori has sung all 5 songs on MONSTER RX 93.1 in her home live with just Playback again fantastic, then there are songs writen by others for Mori like AKIN KA NA LANG and POWER writen by KIKO SALAZAR another singer song writer, producer and Editor, there are covers like FLY LIKE A BIRD with KIKO SALAZAR on keyboard and ADONIS TABANDA on bass guitar, Mori and Adonis made in lockdown many live Videos together using the production firm STAGES SESSIONS with Adonis doing the arrangement and editing, try Morissette Amon RISE UP ACAPELLA with 3rd Avenue or go stages sessions Quaranthemes were she sings Broadway Musicals like HOME, DEFYING GRAVITY, MEMORIES, SHE USED TO BE MINE, absolutely beautiful, better than the original singer. Xergio Ramos the guitarist is the musical producer of the Signature EP and...is responsible for 90% of what you hear. The others have been apart of her live performances. Adonis Tabanda ( her regular musical director) and 3RD Ave , have been with her for 8-9 yrs . This has a very kewl ....Battle March percussions in it which is appropriate for the message of the song. She did all 5 songs from the EP .....you have Mirror, Trophy and Love You Stll alo.

All songs from the EP are co-written by Mori and husband Dave, also a talented musician himself, who does the videography and post-production of her music vids. My favorite song on the EP is Love You Still, which she wrote especially for her dad, who she's been estranged from for quite a number of years now. He didn't even attend her wedding with Dave a year ago. Being formerly the apple of her father's eye to having this unimaginably hard situation, one can just imagine how this must be soul-wrenching for her. And it was eloquently put on writing on that song - the melody and the way she sang it would surely put a lump on your throat. Such a piece of phenomenal songwriting.
