When that glitch happens,all you have to do is wait and then the lobby fixes itself and you can level up your cards and kill people. It just happens for a certain amount of time so you can use it to grab items etc

I actually went up against a high level tech Dabi as hawks and they weren't able to do much against me. Dabi's alpha misses most of the time because hawks moves so fast, the gamma and beta don't work unless you get in close. Tech Dabi just isn't a good counter for hawks.

In order to use the special you have to be higher then just a jump off the ground. A good start for it would be to activate your beta into flight mode (dont hit anyone) then dash while you are in the air. It will activate your special action off the dash. The triangle I'm assuming is just to pick someone up.

Tech Dabi isn't good sadly, any good player will roll all of his alphas, he's only good catching ppl off guard and playing defensively in buildings. People above him is his weakness which majority of ppl can easily get above him and shoot down at him. His gamma needs to have a dome to it and his alpha needs a rework or multiple buffs like how it was in the beta where it traveled faster and further
