Police certificates from foreign countries aren't always reliable, especially from certain countries. The reason police checks from foreign countries aren't reliable in terms of determining someone's eligibility status is because there ads things that may be legal or illegal there that are the opposite here Due process is also not giarabteed (and hence the reliability of the charges being accurate)

We are not responsible for how another country conducts itself inside its borders, saying they are not always reliable is a pathetic excuse. How do we know they aren’t reliable? Where is the evidence against it? What evidence do they have in their case against the person? These are only some of the questions that should be asked and communicated with by our immigration system and the determination made by us. Instead of doing the work they choose the laziest option like every Trudeau liberal does and it compromised our safety.

I was just suggesting that it isn't OUR police records (which are sometimes quite erroneous) but rather the police checks of police agencies in countries with different standards & priorities

Where I live, I used to feel secure and safe. I could rely on the kindness and help from my neighbours . Very family oriented , we all share this big complex and it has been very peaceful till now . We have a new “migrant” in the area that takes pleasure of walking around and accosting woman and young girls and ask us if we have a man and if we want to walk with him! So now all the females where I live are on edge , we do not know if this guy is legal or not,if he is has a history ! We do not know ! And the cops ,,,ha ! He is just walking around ,getting to know the neighborhood! Just disgusting ! We are scared and angry ! This government is putting woman and kids and everybody else really in direct danger ! Time to have some consequences coming at these corrupt and selfish politicians !
