adoption is a thing too... normally family and friends help care for the child... this is absurd at least someone said something. having a child can make a person change too, just as much as a rx drug like an ssri could. with things like havanna syndrome it may have an influence here too... its highly inusual for such violence to proliferate a society and be this cruel and sociopathic...
