If you’re going to bully kids, say discouraging words to them and making them feel like total crap, then don’t, I repeat, DO NOT TEACH!!! Hang up your teaching hat while you can. Bullying kids and discouraging them is what causes them to become delinquents and later inmates in life. If you’re not a morning person, don’t like kids in your face and can’t talk to children properly, then teaching is not for you!!!

I believe I’d be sitting in that classroom everyday! I substituted for over 11 years almost everyday grades 7-9. Worked in the office when needed. I also monitored classrooms during testing. I even started the school year due to lack of teachers. I can honestly say many teachers needed to retire. They hated being there and was just waiting to retire. Teachers lounge was always abuzz about the horrible kids. Yes every school has them but the list of bad kids that was left for me to watch out for I looked for them first. Once you befriended and was nice to the “troublemakers “ they always had my back and made the rest of the pack behave.
