@mauijttewaal Here in the UK on our TV network Channel 4 used to show all races of the TT and the music used over the end credits was this song. The band Redline used to play at the TT. It's a great song with references to parts of the course. We don't get TV coverage of the TT here in the UK anymore so maybe the music has changed since then. Enjoy the song!! 🤘

Golden Years in 2002? No. The Heart of Everything (2007), was very well received and propelled WT very high, The Unforgiving (2011), massive success, Hydra (2014) massive success, Resist (2019) another big hit. They have been growing, changing. Sharon...Sharon is Sharon, always a phenom (My Indigo was beautiful, though solo).

I was learning german language back in the early of 2000's, maybe 2002. I was working in a Gasthof, somewhat mini hotel with a restaurant that time. I had a portable small black and white TV with a 2,4" screen. On that I could watch MTV and some german channels. On VH1 in the late hours there was an anime called "X - Kamui or X/1999" and it had Mother Earth as intro. I was in love at first sight with the music. Then I've got home to Hungary and my first thing was after greeting my loved ones to search for the band. Then I saw how beautiful face Sharon has... I was totally lost. Haha I was like 17 then. Later I have seen the band live in Gasometer (Austria, Wienna - Bécs) and in Budapest too. I have always listened to rock music. Cause my father loves Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. I can say I had the best childhood ever musicaly. :D My personal favs are beside Within Temptation are, Sonata Arctica, Startovarious, Hammerfall, Nightwish, Epica, Tales of Evening, Eldenbridge, Ayreon and more. But I am SO thankful for the experience I get from Sharons angelic, natural voice. The bands music can easily calm my heart in the stormy years I have now healthwise. Hope I will have time to see You live once more. God bless this band.
