Here is Part One of an "Islands" themed episode of Wild Chicago on WTTW Channel 11. Featuring Ben Hollis as host. I believe this was a compilation of segments from earlier shows all with an islands-related theme. Includes:

tHE NEW SHOW CAME AND WENT IN THE SAME YEAR. i WATCHED ALL 6 OR SO EPISODES THEY PUT OUT AND THEN IT DISAPPEARED AGAIN.
