The Fluidity through the hips and shoulders is insane and the internal empty force Aspect of the form, makes you realise that you dont want to get hit by this guy :0)

I have been watching your videos, the tai chi teachers look good !! at doing the forms. i havent found any pushing hands, weapons forms, or martial combat instruction, after all, tai chi is a form that derives from combat, its not just for health or to show beauty of movement. Are the forms all your academy has too offer? I believe, what you need to show, is how those moves integrate into combat.

Not always about Combat friend but to realise Tao within the Body.... Winning through non fighting is the ultimate martial art... no violence but resolving with peace . Dont seek to fight ... seek to embody these principles in forms... then other things can open up. This is an incredible form of showing Strikes, and Power and Relaxation in the joints .... developing that first to enable the ability to later on use in combat situation if that's what you seek... you cannot get to it via thinking of fighting first..... its a long journey one that will lead you to peace before you want to use it for fighting... This is the value of the art..... Nothing is better. Seek the harmony first in life .... then decide on fighting ...

what I see here is excess flexibility in his waist. he moves very well, but his lower tan tien is not together. if he's not careful, he will have back problems when he's older. real internal arts focus on a stable and well balanced lower tan tien, not this stick the butt out fancy looking stuff. he's very skilled at what he does, but I hope that people will look past the fancy music, the nice outfit, and the beautiful scenery, and watch his internal connection.

It looks like he has a lower back abnormality; anterior pelvic tilt, not a wild dantien. His movement from the waist looks a little different as a result and you’re right, this abnormality might lead to some problems as he ages, but since he’s a Daoist wushu Master, I wouldn’t really worry for him.

+Wudang Wushu The musician whose work you're using/ crediting here was a convicted child abuser. This is widely known in various scenes revolving around esoteric teachings, and similar cases are *relatively* frequent in those circles in the West. You might want to do a few seconds of research before deciding on the media elements that will become part of your image.
