Just as description points out that is the just of it. Plus: Eagle is the 1 armed man. He and Stormy are randomly attacked by "odd" people known as the Weirdo Gang. Otherwise there is normal fighting and sword play between them. "Now I am Flowerless" (Alan Hsu) helps Snowy. Snowy spends other time helping different women. The book of Mind & Heart is also sought after. "Fen Getti" is (Chen Sing) has an unusual role. (Commenters): Keeping up with story line is complicated - intriguing - unpredictable & yet compelling for such a diverse movie. Far more likes then versus. Good cast, lots of pretty women for you too !

I have to go against the crowd on this one. I think the best description, even compared to much cheaper kung fu movies, would be "a hot mess". First of all; there are no truly impressive fight scenes. And then: What the ever-loving (bleep) was the message and intent? Was it supposed to be a supernatural thriller? Was it supposed to be a comedy? Was it supposed to be a quest to reclaim lost honor? Was it supposed to be a straight-up story of intrigue and revenge? I'll be damned if I can tell. Maybe the good was just lost in translation but I feel like I utterly wasted 1.5 hours of my life and I will personally track down and shoot every swordsman in medieval China to get that time back!
