7:45 Furious George the best open team in the world at the time Matt Rehder joined Sockeye? He joined in 2008. By that point, Sockeye had won three of the last four titles and Furious lost all of their pool play games at nationals in 2007. Team Canada won Worlds in 2008, but that had a lot to do with adding the GOAT studs, home field advantage, and emotion. Furious didn't even make nationals in 2008.

I was looking through the Furious George website and it said that Furious won worlds in 2008 so that could be why Furious didn't make nats that year.

has anyone seen a greatest that, on replay, actually is clearly a greatest? I'd say Rehder's foot was down (out of bounds) when he released this. But the difference is so small (in real time) and these plays are so athletic, I'm not sorry that they usually count. But I'd still like to see one that's clearly clean.
