Trying to find an easy way to explain this: A regular drop in a 140bpm Dubstep track is 32 full bars, which is roughly 54-55 seconds. Sometimes, it drops sooner, and to make it even, producers make it 16 bars, which is halved. So that would mean it drops around roughly 26-27 seconds. This is only for 140bpm tracks though. Different BPMs would have different times.
