Valigarmanda definitely takes design inspiration from Quetzalcoatl; a feathered serpent deity found throughout Mesoamerican cultures. He also shows up in FF6 (I think he's renamed Tritoch in the SNES port, and is also trapped in ice.)

The dungeon had a 1 hour countdown before automatically kicking you out. That means Terra's quick break took an hour xD

IIRC it gets shortened to 10 minutes once the last boss is cleared.

@@SarahExpereinceRequiem - That was changed some years back. It can be seen at 26:15 that he still has about an hour left on his duty timer. However, there is an AFK kick timer in instanced content that removes you from the instance after ten minutes of inactivity - even from Duty Support and Trust activities.
