This looks like lots of fun and hard work which could be great for my body…but sadly, i think I’m too old for this…. 😢

No one is ever too old for Wushu, if you feel like you cannot do explosive movements try learning TaiJi

@@dohathetrueexplorer- thank you for the encouragement. Attitude and belief in oneself can help, for sure. ( although, it won’t turn a blue sky gray.) Have you tried tai qi quan? High level skill requires much greater strength and control than this warm up vid. Maybe I’d better stick to watching videos and dreaming… hahaha 😅 But, for real, thanks for the encouraging word

If you do this regularly and are overweight, you must be eating an enormous amount of food
