I had never heard of comedian James Gregory before last week..I watched all the KZbin events featuring him, and I rolled on the floor. I am part hillbilly, so he was so relatable. When I heard the name James Gregory, I was thinking about the guy that played Inspector Luger on Barney Miller, but he wasn't a stand up comedian, and I think he's been dead for years😮

I played a gig one time at a festival and we got to share the trailer with Jack Greene, Jett Williams, Leroy Vandike and Jeannie Sealy they were all really nice. Reminds me of a restaurant I went in a while back. I had Country white Gravy and Good ol Butter milk bisquites. And chicken fried steak . Well I asked for Butter for my bisquites . The waitress gave me Yellow Oil ( grees) . I said Mam this is grees colored Yellow . She kept trying to convince me it waselted be butter ! She said we serve it to every one . Take a bite . Well I did ! My goodness I Spitt that darned grees clear across the room. I said now you eat some If you want a tip ! And for me to pay for this meal well she took a big ol drink of it . She spit it clear accross the room her manager came arround the corner . That stuff hit him right in his face . He was livid. I asked him what was that in that cup. He checked the kitchen . Cook said he must have grabbed the wrong one for the waitress. It was three day old greese from chicken drippings. Ruint greese . manager gave me and my wife a years free steak dinners . He was so afraide I would die them . 🔑😀🤗
