It would be cool as well if later in the game when the lore has really peaked and enemies becomes harder, there's a mechanic for characters to change between their upgraded and normal forms for even more juicy gameplay.

They're not Resonators, and therefore are much weaker, but still engaged Tacet Discords as a distraction, allowing time for civilians to evacuate. 2. Okay, just theorizing here so here me out. I believe it is heavily implied that WuWa takes place on a post-apocalyptic earth... Not only is the game's first region inspired by Chinese culture (Chinese game after all), but the world is literally called Solaris-3. Earth is the 3rd planet in our solar system. With that post-apocalyptic setting, it ushers in ideas of a forgotten world (our Earth) and how the stories and myths of old have worked their way into the stories and culture we see in WuWa. Think of the poem "By the Waters of Babylon" by Stephen Vincent Benét. Not sure if any of WuWa's world quests (i.e. not main quests) give more backstory but this is my personal theory and I don't think it is too far fetched.

Wuthering Wave has attracted more my attention than Genshin Impact does even day one, i've played the game around 2022, didn't finish Mondstad right away before resuming and i didn't start Liyue but i grew bored and uninterested to continue while i have more progression in Honkai Star Rail and Honkai Impact 3rd and the drama in the Lantern Festival didn't help either. As a Punishing Gray Raven player, i can't wait to see what Kuro Game has came up with this open world and post apocalyptic game with my own eyes. See you in this new world, fellow Rovers !

KZbin doesn't support Dolby Atmos so it's just regular stereo audio. Also most headphones don't support Dolby Atmos either so you'd need one of the few supported gaming headphones or a home theater speaker setup with in-ceiling or up-firing speakers
