Preamble
Now 2.0 has been out for quite a while now, unfortunately I haven't focused on finishing 2.0 content yet, so I haven't unlocked the newer echoes neither. My Carlotta is max ascended and weapon level is max as well but her echoes are also still non-existent. I just forced my way through 2.0 map straight to her asc materials.
That said, this season of middle tower of ToA 2.0 has different stage buffs compared to last season. 2.0 removes the most important which is increased 30% DMG on all elements. This has been replaced by dmg reduced on 2 elements and dmg increased on another 2 elements. This means, to really edge out the dmg you will be forced to use specific elements for the middle tower. Now there's still 7~8 days before this round of ToA finishes, but my lazy-ass can't be forced to farm echoes, it's excruciating min-maxing just 1 alone. So I just forced my way through ToA with sheer willpower with my current build. Ideally, the current build for Changli has her use Nightmare Inferno Rider which is a new ver of Inferno Rider in the new region, but f- that I wasted so much tuners on my current Inferno Rider, I'm not even done min-maxing Camellya nor started with Carlotta. Kuro get back to me once we get better control on substats.

In anycase, with that preamble out of the way, I don't wanna bother with No DMG run this time around, I can't afford to dodge in certain times while trying to maximize hit count. You will notice there are times that I will use Sanhua even when her Liberation isn't maxed yet, but that's because I do not want to waste time on Changli's Flaming Sacrifice animation, every attack uptime counts. That being said, trying to make sure to stagger Crownless as much as we can is a priority here, especially during his flight, because during that phase we waste a good chunk of hitcount while he's up in the air. In 1:30, I got hit here because I was focusing on thinking about the outro gauge still not full, and closing in distance with Tripartite Flames the DMG would not be enough to stagger because the hitcounts would most likely miss on most of them, this is why at 1:35 I took the hit to switch to Sanhua to see if my concerto gauge is full, and lucky it was so I can switch back to Changli and force stagger him back down to the ground.
You need to maximize both Sanhua's hit/atk uptime during Changli's downtime/animations, and Changli's intro skill in this match to maximize her Flaming Sacrifice and Liberation to maximize DMG done. This is why I will mostly always try to do an outro/intro to Changli in most cases.
This battle is a great way to practice quick switching and get familiar with character's dead animations where you can switch without cancelling their attacks. In this battle, Changli's uncancellable attacks were end of Flaming Sacrifice, Tripartite Flames, Conquest, and Charge, which means you can effectively switch to either Sanhua and Shorekeeper and switch back just right after she finishes her animation just like at 1:59, but my timing here was terrible switching back since Changli wasn't able to switch parry in time for that.
This battle seemed doable at first without DMG, but after trying multiple times, it just can't, atleast not with my current build. I need to tank attacks while attacking continuously.

In anycas, as you've guessed I also forced non-meta on Mephis next round. Hint: Light Dragon meta is always meta even if it ain't. Already done with it but I'll upload the video tomorrow.
