I just started eating watermelon again. I’ve been allergic for over 30 years. I used to eat it as a kid all the time because we had a farm and we grew them and then I got to wear it. They would make me very ill but now since I had become vegan, I can eat them again and I made watermelon jam, and pickled watermelon rind. It was so delicious. I canned them of course.
